I think I have a hint as to the last part of the question. A healthy relationship always involved a servant's heart. Because I think that the requirements of both genders - sacrificial love for the male, submission for the female - both have service in common. 

Beyond that, I really don't know. Though I've dated girls and I've had chances to speak into their lives, I don't think I've ever made it my mission to actively and continually lead, disciple, etc., because that girl isn't my wife yet.</description>
