in a culture where people are supposed to be accepting of other people’s views, do christians really have the right to say that Jesus is the only way to God?

reasons why to thank God as much as possible
throughout the bible, men and women thanked God in the midsts of their victories and defeats. the charge to show gratitude certainly applies to christians today, but why is this so important?

meekness is being a gentleman
in the third of seven series, buzz discusses the call of Jesus to become mild-hearted, gentle, and to submit to God by following His will for your life.
have you had your check-up lately?
people can be pretty good at maintaining their physical health - they’ll work out, they’ll maybe watch their diets, and they’ll do their annual physicals. but how often do we check up on our spiritual selves?
you wouldn’t be that mean if you took it literally
brendan finds a verse packed with meaning, buried in a part of the bible that not a lot of people read. would you shout at a deaf guy or trip a blind girl? then why do christians abuse non-christians?
have faith in what is true
the bible is full of promises for us, things we can have faith in and believe in. brendan looks at some of the broader ones, ones that get us to God, get us through life, and point us towards heaven.
were we really all that bad?
not all of us are serial killers, and so it’s tough for us to see ourselves as bad people. but if we don’t we cheapen God’s love. change your perspective to see how God sees/saw you.
God likes sorrow?
Not exactly. buzz discusses this beatitude, the second of the seven, and explores some of the words and concepts behind it. the reasons for pious sorrow and how Jesus will comfort that sorrow are revealed.
